Can i cancel or amend my order?

Once your order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or amended - you can of course send it back if you'd like to once you have received your goods for a refund or exchange.

Can i change my delivery address after i've made an order?

You can not change your delivery address once an order has been made. Please make sure you enter the correct address.

I need help with selecting my size?

We offer a detailed Size Guide to help direct you to the right size in your Dolly Lullah pieces. If you need further assistance, please contact us below.

How do i track my order?

Once your order has been processed for shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you fail to receive this, please email us and we will be happy to assist you.

How do i return an order?

Please email us at support@dollylullah.com if you would like to process a return and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days. All items must be in the exact condition you received your order in - all tags still attached & hygiene stickers intact. We do not cover the cost of shipping and we advise you to keep the proof of shipping safe as it is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Always use a signed or tracked service when returning any items.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return has reached us, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to reach you.
